Lawyer with extensive experience in advising on corporate governance, investment, banking and financial services, internal controls, relations with supervisory authorities. He was an officer in the Guardia di Finanza and a Bank of Italy official.

Part of the team that relaunched Credito Fondiario since 2013, as Director, CFO, Deputy Director-General. For over 25 years in the financial sector, he worked in Citigroup as Managing Director and  Co-Head of Italian Financial Institutions, Schroders, Fox-Pitt and Kelton.

Part of the team that relaunched Credito Fondiario since 2013, as Director, CEO, Head of Business e CIO. For over 35 years in the sector, in Morgan Stanley-Managing Director-Head of Securitisation EMEA, Fortress- Managing Director, Italfondiario-CEO; Hambros Bank-Director.

In the Group since 2017, he previously held various roles in the Unicredit Group (Head of Organisation Governance and Controls in Unicredit Business Integrated Solutions ) and in the Fineco Group (Chief Compliance Officer).

Chief Risk Officer of the Group since 2018. For over 20 years in Risk Management and Internal Controls: Gruppo Banco BPM (NPLs Unit), Gruppo Banco Popolare (Head of Risk Internal Validation), Moody’s KMV (Credit Risk Specialist-EMEA) and Gruppo Capitalia.

General Counsel of the Group since 2015. Previously, Head of Corporate Affairs in Cariparma, General Counsel in Generali Immobiliare Italia SGR S.p.A., Senior Associate in Simmons & Simmons and Legal Counsel of  Fondazione Fiera Milano.

In the Group since 2016, as Head of Capital Markets & Securitization. With 25 years of experience in structured finance, advisory and investment management in different international financial institutions, i.a. Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and BlackRock.

In the Group since 2021, CFO with expertise in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Planning, M&A. Previously,  Senior Advisor-Digital bank in Illimity Bank, CFO in AMCO, Head of General Affairs in BPVi, Head of Special Projects in BPER.
